Improve EL outcomes and prevent LTELs by increasing the use of evidence/research based practices through integration of arts/technology in the content areas, to increase outcomes and provide professional development for teachers, coaches and administrators.
Increase family engagement and leadership in the school, classroom and community. Encourage educators and parents with their relationship and support of each other’s role in student learning.
Increase capacity of preservice students to provide effective instruction for ELs. California State University, Los Angeles and the University of LaVerne will integrate preservice courses into their teacher credential program.
Create blended resources to support PD and Family Engagement.
