The Chinese American Museum (CAM) strives to become a primary educational resource for the diverse communities of Los Angeles through our exhibits and educational programming. We aim to further strengthen and expand our community partnerships and collaborations to ensure that our programs are reflective of our entire community. Through the quality of our exhibits, programming, and community partnerships, we endeavor to become a nationally recognized, leading museum.
The abundance of educational offerings and opportunities that LACMA provides, both online and on site, is astonishing. An encyclopedic online art collection, e-news, K-12 grade level and thematic curriculum, Evenings for Educators, and workshops are only some of the valuable resources this world-class museum offers.
Known as MoLAA, this combination museum and cultural center is devoted exclusively to contemporary Latin American art, including paintings, lithographs and sculptures, and also offers shows, classes, an open-air market gift shop and a restaurant.
